BBQ Pork Nachoes

BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos Recipe


  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack is great)
  • 2 cups Buster's BBQ Pulled Pork, warmed
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onions, diced
  • Sour cream, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish


  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Layer chips and cheese: Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet in an even layer. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chips.

  3. Add pulled pork: Evenly distribute the pulled pork over the cheese, then top with jalapeños and red onions.

  4. Top with cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

  5. Bake nachos: Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro and dollops of sour cream. Serve immediately and devour.
